During this Lunch and Learn you’ll walk away knowing:

  • Basic video shooting techniques
  • How to use video recording applications for iPhone and Android
  • How to edit video directly on your phone
  • How to export the video to social media and other devices

Lunch & Learn Schedule

9am – 6pm : All day coworking included in admission price

12pm : Lunch

12:30 : Introduction / Announcements

12:40 : The Learn Begins

After seeing videos of other filmmakers and commercials that were made just using phones including one of the most famous films at Sundance this year, filmed completely on iPhone 5S, you’ll be shown on how to make the video you will be required to make in this class.

Once you have shot your film, you will learn to use video editing software. All attendees will have a video to showcase by the end of the day!

Here are the prerequisites you need. Not too much, don’t worry!

– An Apple or Android smart phone or tablet with at least 4-10GB free to make your video.
– You must download an editing software to the phone. Our recommendations: iMovie for IOS ($5) or Vivavideo for Android (Free)
